Return and Refund Policy
1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Home Mind Connection. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Package the item securely, including all original packaging and any accessories.
Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
3. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 21 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
4. Exchanges

Workshop Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Periods
Full Refund: Customers can cancel their workshop registration up to 14 days before the scheduled workshop date to receive a full refund.
50% Refund: Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled workshop date are eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refund: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made 48 hours or less before the scheduled workshop date.
2. Cancellation Procedure
To cancel your workshop registration, please follow these steps:

Provide your name, workshop details, and the reason for cancellation.
Follow any additional instructions provided by us for processing the cancellation.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Please allow 14 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
4. Transfer of Registration
If you are unable to attend the workshop, you may transfer your registration to another person. Please notify us in advance of the transfer and provide the new attendee's details.
5. Workshop Cancellation by Home Mind Connection
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a workshop, registered participants will receive a full refund. We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation.
6. Changes to Workshop Dates or Venue
Home Mind Connection reserves the right to change workshop dates, times, or venues. In such cases, registered participants will be notified promptly, and options for rescheduling or refunds will be provided.
